Visit the Spa Fitness Center in The Spa at Marco Island Marriott Beach Resort and enjoy a personal training session or one of our many fitness classes. We have LifeFitness Weight Resistance Machines, Elliptical Trainers, Bikes, Step, Treadmills, Fitballs, Medicine Balls and Free Weights.

Achieve your fitness goals with a one-on-one personal training session customized to address your unique fitness profile, followed by a full body stretch to relax and balance tension on tight muscles that have just been exercised.

Classes are 50 minutes unless otherwise specified. Please sign-up at least 2 hours in advance. Classes are subject to cancellation based upon availability. Please be advised, guests that do not cancel at least 4 hours in advance are subject to a $20 "no-show" fee.

BODY SCULPT: Tone and sculpt your body using fit balls, hand weights, magic circles and resistance bands.
CARDIO SCULPT: Tight on Time? Condition your heart rate and tone your entire body in this fast pace combo class
GROUP CYCLE: Indoor stationary cycling class which imitates the feel of cycling on the road, choreographed to motivating and fun music! Suitable for all fitness levels and very easy to learn. Experience hills, flat terrains and jumps using various sitting and standing positions.
ON THE BALL: Pilates, Yoga, and Strength inspired moves make up this dynamic class using large stability ball and smaller balls.
PILATES: The use of mini balls and resistance bands allow all fitness levels to engage in this wonderful form of exercise. Pilates is a great way to make your torso, legs and arms longer, leaner and stronger.
TAI CHI: A graceful moving meditation promoting energy, balance and relaxation. Connecting the Body and Mind to raise the Spirit.
YOGA: A union of the Body, Mind and Spirit. Join us as we take various asanas (poses) which allow you to celebrate the joyful movements of the spine. Increase your body awareness, reduce stress and experience the freedom that is Yoga.
